You can return or exchange any new, unworn item within 15 days of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any item which shows signs of wear
- Made-to-Order or Custom Footwear
- Items marked “Final Sale”
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
To return or exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the completed return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Exchanges are subject to it availability. If you wish to exchange for an item which is not in stock, additional fulfillment time may be required or we may issue credit toward another, similar item.
- All orders placed between November 20 and December 31 must be shipped back no later than Jan 7 to be eligible for return or exchange.
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments.
Nearly all orders ship within one business day and most orders placed prior to 2:00pm CST will ship same day. Some orders may require between 1–3 days to process, but we let customers know if the estimated delivery date slips beyond what would be considered typical, given the shipping method selected. Of course, we are always happy to work with customers who need their order delivered ASAP.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, though we do take extra care to see that all orders placed with expedited shipping are processed as quickly as possible.
While there are occasions when additional processing time may be necessary, our team will let you know and discuss any potential options.
During storewide sales and periods of high seasonal demand, we may require additional processing time—usually between 2–5 business days.
Registered customers can check the status of all current and past orders by Signing In to their account.
Guest orders can be looked up at any time.

We ship anywhere we are permitted to ship by law—so long as there is a carrier willing to deliver to the destination address. There have been times when we have suspended to certain locations due to disruptions beyond our control. However, if you are unable to retrieve shipping quotes during checkout or if you are uncertain whether we will be able to arrange delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to see whether arrangements may be possible.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 any U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, military bases, and overseas territories. We also offer free global shipping for all footwear orders. For orders placed with Free Shipping, we will select fastest, most reliable, and most reasonably-priced shipping method available.
Depending on weight and size of the shipment, and the delivery address, we may offer a variety of expedited shipping options ranging from Ground to Overnight, from a variety of carriers
While we comply with any rules and regulations regarding customs and duties as defined, we are not always familiar with the particular nuances of each and every country and region, so feel free to let us know of any special requests or preferences regarding customs documentation and we will do our best to see that receiving your order is as pleasant an experience as possible.
