You may return or exchange any new item in new, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery so long as it was not made-to-order (custom) or "Final Sale" at the time of order.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange any new, unworn item within 15 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item which shows signs of wear
  • Made-to-Order or Custom Footwear
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the completed return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

When will my return or exchange be processed?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:
  • Exchanges are subject to it availability. If you wish to exchange for an item which is not in stock, additional fulfillment time may be required or we may issue credit toward another, similar item.
  • All orders placed between November 20 and December 31 must be shipped back no later than Jan 7 to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments.
