Anonymous Ism™ Japan has partnered with Oak Street Bootmakers once again to develop an exclusively knit sock. Woven by artisans on antique machines, the knitting process—exclusive to the collaboration—spins and agitates the yarn using vintage twisting gears. It's a slow-going process since the machines can only make 50 pairs of socks each day. But the result yields a beautifully-textured nep and surprising amount of cushion.
