Dainite's rubber-studded soles are as practical today as they were when introduced in 1894. Since then, Dainite continues to make its famously durable soles in Leicestershire, England. Reinforced with Silica and Aluminum silicate, these non-marking soles are highly regarded for all-weather traction and timeless style.
Beginning with Tempesti's supple Camello tannage—a classic Italian natural veg tan—the leather is then overdyed with "asportabile" (removable) pigment. The result is a teacore leather with a dye layer is so thin that everyday wear yields stunning, dramatic patina that more closely resembles oil-rubbed bronze than leather—all in a shockingly-short period of time.
